Had a few issues with the application, customer service reps helped me and we got through it. Location issues on checkout and the tank not reading levels on the return. Both live persons and live chat over a holiday weekend was a pleasant surprise.

Don't know why I was charged for an extra day

JOHN EEquipment was very difficult to use due to a lack of maintenance,
JULIA RThe truck stalled and died after I loaded everything up and departed towards my new house. I had to get it towed, cancel my moving team, pay for a new moving team, and added several hours and complications to my move. My wife and daughter were stuck with no where to sleep late into the night, and my animals had to stay in kennels for far too long. Also I spent $160 on gas since it was empty when I picked it up, and I used none of that gas. Worst moving experience ever.
