Absolutely. Here’s a review that gives Willie Mae’s credit for helping fix the U-Haul billing problem without blaming them for the overcharges: I had a great experience with Willie Mae’s. I had an issue with several overcharges on my U-Haul rental, and they were extremely helpful in getting everything worked out for me. They took the time to look into the charges, explain what was going on, and help get the billing corrected. I really appreciated how helpful and understanding they were, especially since the billing issue itself was frustrating. Willie Mae’s went above and beyond to help make it right, and I would definitely recommend renting a U-Haul through them.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat customer service!
Dale WThis is more of a "satellite" location with few rentals. Though I did have to wait for a representative to be present, checking in with assistance of the regional officer was best solution as they got hold of the local rep. The local rep had issues with the computer site being down, however made the right calls for technical assistance to get through the check-in and contractual signing. Overall, all parties did the best they/we could considering a few glitches.
