Truck did not start five times had to get a jumper cable from my Neighbor for the day even when I return the truck and unloaded we couldn’t get it out of the U-Haul facility to take the keys back so we had to leave it there because the truck would not start again

Don’t have this location as a pick up location on Saturday or Sunday since its closed those days!!! Had to wait until the uhaul place across the street got permission to release the trailer to us.
Thomas DThey could not locate the keys they could not locate my order reservation and I got charged three times for the truck and had to call the truck was returned on quarter of a tank and sent out on quarter of a tank
