I don’t know if it was the location, but the truck was dirty. Back of it was dirty. The inside was dirty, but windshield was full of bugs for the price I paid. I thought truck would be a better service clean. So a guy dropped it off and I was their to pick up that quick no detail done to truck the windshield was super dirty the inside had food and just dusty and the windshield is a safety concern I still need to clean to have a clear visibility to drive this big truck overall overall big disappointment for the price and service from u haul.

Owner/Manager was accommodating to me, despite me being an hour early. Much appreciated! Issue has nothing to do with this location - But it is not clearly stated that this operation is in a commercial strip center next door to the very large U-Haul facility. I almost took a truck from the big U-Haul, but I did ask about the name, and they said, oh, that's next door.
Dwight OThe location to pick up the van was hard to find as it was in the back of a strip of small industrial units. And it was a little sketchy. But once I figured out how to do the app pick up, everything went fine. The van was great.
Jason BWe were scheduled to pick up at the U-Haul location next door. We arrived at the U-Haul location to find out the reservation was moved to an empty building next door. The guy working the counter was rude and dismissive to our questions. Walked next door and to the new pickup location and was told they didn’t know what I was talking about that I had a pickup location there. Went out side to call the 800 number and they locked the door so I couldn’t go back in. The lady on the 800 number apologized and transfer my pickup to where I could do it using the app. I was told that I would be contacted the day before pickup was not contacted and when I asked why I wasn’t no one had an answer
Michael BOk so the return was super super super confusing I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to park where the keys went or what I was supposed to do. The application kind of sucks and is not very intuitive on how to return trucks. One of the major issues as well is the key dropbox is extremely small on this massive lot if you have a return sign place a sign underneath it that states where the key return box is so it’s more intuitive for the customers. The next issue I have is the return application picture gathering the signs for the return were about 400 feet away from the car so as I was reading the signs it said take photos of the car I took photos of the car went to go walk to put the keys up, asked for more photos. There should just be one area for photos that asks for all of the photos. The next page should not have any other photo requirements.
