The experience was good, with convenient pickup and drop-off, even though there was a issue with the equipment I reserved because they didn't have what I originally wanted due to a system glitch. The staff were apologetic and were able to provide an alternative that met my needs. The customer service was exceptional, and I appreciated the friendly atmosphere.
