There were problems on this end too. The employee wasn’t able to get the check out equipment to work. She had already had to call the company that day. Better training and support for remote employees is needed.

STEVEN PWhen I showed up at a different location to pick up my van, I wasn't able to check in and the business was closed. UHaul customer service wouldn't answer call or online chat. So I tried calling this place to rent one here instead. They were very friendly and made the whole experience into a positive. Would definitely recommend renting your vehicles here.
