The owner was excellent. Very helpful and waited on us 15 mins past closing due to the west texas wind and having to go slower.
SHANNON MThe trailer worked perfectly for all eleven hundred miles. The pickup and drop was excellent and very professional. The only unfavorable part of this was the rear two feet of the trailer floor and floor rail has some nasty residue on it that apparently to have been there a long time. Did not affect the performance but is not up to what I believe is Uhauls standards. Would certainly recommend both locations I had the pleasure of dealing with.
John BSuper friendly staff, equipment ready to go. My issue is with Uhual not this particular facility. We reserved the 5x8 trailer for Lubbock pick up less than 2 miles from home. I get a message the NIGHT BEFORE that my pick up is now in a town 50 minutes away. Honestly Uhaul, you should do better don't rent it if you don't have it! I understand that people need to extend but at a company you should have insight into your systems that show what will be available and forsee these things happening.
