Woefully inadequate location. Understaffed. A single person who barely speaks English with renters lined up out the door at 8-11 am. I was paying a crew through your moving service helpmemove by the hour and lost over $250 in lost wages because this location could not check me out.

Interior of the store was messy

Martha PI was charge $1.39/mile for a 10’ truck while I checked it should be $1.19 on u-haul website. Also I was charged a “ safe trip fee” for $5. What’s that? I have already paid $15 for insurance which is called “safe move”. Arbitrary charges!!!
Yiying XI dropped the truck key before I could take the picture of the odometer and gas. A text with the return process an hour before the truck is due will prepare the customer.
