Scheduled pick up for 0900 hours. Office wasn't staffed until 9:30. Took the clerk a while to figure out what was going on. Didn't leave with truck until after 10 am. Return was also a slow process. Clerk kept tending to other customers coming in AFTER me while I waited. (Apparently the "dispensary" customers are more important.
