Very helpful. I was struggling with the app to "return" the trailer, but the lady there did it for me even though they were technically closed. She was very pleasant and helpful
Jennifer EThe location was just a small shed. Not much to recommend lol. Same issue with the drop off though. App didn't work. Scan the QR to return didn't work because the app didn't recognize we even had a rental. Wrong location was put in when booking with the agent on the phone. Just a messy return process but the location drop off itself was fine
