Not have snow and water on the seat as well as puddled up in the door handles. Also I put 53 miles on put 20 in gas back in it was still charged for gas as well as being charged for being 3 miles over my estimated mileage. Rip off but hey when people need a moving van I guess you're the only option so you can get away with being money grabbing skeeze balls.

Fast and easy check in process. Equipment worked well and was maintained.
Lamira VTruck seemed to have difficulty speeding up and shifting. The rear door got stuck and was extremely difficult to open. Parking brake is intended to prevent movement but I was able to move the vehicle with it engage (this was accidental however seemed like it needs to be fixed. ). Location and staff were great.

I went online and reserved a 15 foot UHaul, it stated the time/equipment I selected may not be available and a UHaul rep would be reaching out. No one every called me, so when the time came to pickup I headed to the store. Upon arrival the employees were helpful and he let me know he had a 20 foot UHaul that wasn't booked for 5+ days, I only need it for 3. He informed me I needed to call customer service to finalize my reservation since the original 15 foot UHaul wasn't available. When I called I was forwarded to the scheduling manager, who informed me they "...only rent UHauls for 24 hours during this time of year...". The lady refused to let me rent a UHaul and informed me the store had "none available", even though the employee told me they had 3 available. The rep was very snarky with all her responses and provided no helpful feedback. I ended the call with her and defeated, scheduled a 24 hour rental for Monday with the store employee. After driving back home I came to the realization that with the information the scheduling manager told me, if I wanted to move across country, I would only have 24 hours to do sso.I called the customer service line back and spoke with a different agent. I informed her of the issues I was having and the information I was told by the scheduling manager and she was surprised and confused by all of it. The new rep stated she had never heard of only doing 24 hour rentals, and confirmed that the store had multiple 20 foot UHauls available for several days. The new rep then placed a reservation for me to pickup the UHaul for the full 3 days with no issues. I then had to drive back to the store and already leaving due to being told I couldn't have it until Monday. Again, the store employees were as helpful as the could be. My issues are with the contradicting information from customer service and the extra time I had to waste driving back and forth and sitting on the phone multiple times.
SHANE LThe problem I’m having right now with U-Haul is they sent me to three different locations because where I needed to pick it up it wasn’t available. They said they would credit me half of the miles for the inconvenience and I still have yet to be credited. they are charging me extra For a day. I didn’t use that I was supposed to get for free because of the runaround of three different locations I had to go to to be able to get the U-Haul very dissatisfied with U-Haul right now completely absurd that I even had to go to more than one location let alone no location that was 50 miles away from where I needed it to be.
