STEPHANIE DThe truck that I rented had NO air conditioning. It was 80 degrees on the day that I rented the truck. At 76 years old I have a certain expectation of everything in the truck to work. I told the lady at the drop off location and got no answer from her. Dix ave in Queensbury was the drop off location. She took care of extra mileage but nothing about the lack of air conditioning.
WILLIAM HThe staff were friendly and knowledgeable, however the door of the truck was insanely hard to use and it caused tons of stress. Not pleased with out experience!
Leah MHave the seat belts fit larger people. It barely went around me and was tight on my neck. Also make the loading ramps wider. Hard time getting dolly up it. Also make it where you can adjust the side mirrors so you can see traffic behind you also for backing up purposes. Not all drivers are the same height.
