The man running this location has poor communication and customer service skills. He comes off abrasive and rude. Will I use Uhaul in the future, yes. Will it be this location, no.

ANTHONY VThe mobile app for picking up the truck was tricky. Idk if there is a way for a person to rent the truck with the driver being different. It was complicated because they needed us to change the renter so it matched the driver. Overall things were great.
