First and foremost, the manager, T__ y, although a very good talker does well deflecting the subject matter. I really don't think he took into consideration all the variables in our situation. For one thing, my son was bringing the pickup that we rented back to Plattsburgh when he was wrongfully detained by authorities. The judge said there should have been a 7 day grace period in which there was only one. Added to our bill was a 500.00 charge on top of regular bill. No breaks were given. We were charged a 300.00 cleaning fee which I knocked only 100.00 off for attempting to cleaning out in below zero windy weather! I froze my hands because they wouldn't turn the engine on to heat it up.I could go on, but my point is made. They just saw an opportunity for easy money is how it played out. My hands are tied! Same story always told. Ty for listening.

My chief complaint is that we were charged for gas even after we added gas . I strongly feel the there is a lack of accuracy in determining usage. Additionally, we were not offered the opportunity to add more fuel to avoid the exorbitant cost levied by U-haul.
BARRY BA little confusion on the drop off. They didn’t manually check me in the day I dropped it off.
DAIN RIt would be better to include a phone holder.
