This Location "Drew's Automotive" it's one guy and he doesn't like to get to his place of business until after 9:00am. Thought I had a pickup time of of 7:45 (made me late for my pickup and delivery) I was not aware that U-haul now charges $1.39 /mi this has gotten a little too crazy. Also was told I could only do a two day rental instead of a three day...said if I could get it back Sunday early it would be a two day rental...I go charged a three day rental. Three day rental mean I would have to have it back this morning at 9:00 ...well I got it back yesterday morning. I might have to move on to Ryder truck rental if I going to be trreated like this.... I would like a refund of at least $30.00...Thank You! Ezra J Mulheron Esq.
EZRA MI'd recommend this location only because it's the ONLY location in Plattsburgh, NY. There was a very long wait for help when I dropped off the trailer.
