The equipment I rented, a furniture dolly, utility dolly and furniture pads were not preset upon pick up of my U-Haul truck. Additionally the service provider did not mention this until I asked and he acted like it wasn’t a big deal and knew that the equipment wasn’t present and didn’t feel it was important enough to mention upon arrival, I ended up having to drive an additional 12 miles round trip to pick up this equipment from another U-Haul location. Very disappointed and unsatisfied and frustrated to add an additional hour to pick up my equipment before I was able to move. Would not recommend this location to anyone and would actively discourage anyone from renting from this location I have not received a receipt with an itemized list of what I was charged for and want to ensure those 12 additional miles I had to drive to pick up the equipment as well as the additional hour of rental time that should’ve been at my original location were not charged to me

Instructions didn’t indicate the key to the truck was at the gas station counter. From the time I started pickup process to unlocking the back of the truck, looking for the key inside, calling customer support who didn’t know where the key was, it took 35 minutes before I was able to get on the road. When dropping the truck off after hours, which was the intention and was noted when reserving it, all of the steps in the app to finish the rental were greyed out, so had to call support again. Which took another 30 minutes.
