No one was at the drop off and the number on the agreement didn’t work. I finally called another location and he helped but it took quite a while to leave as I finally dropped the key in the box and locked the doors.
marilyn gIf it wasn’t for April I would not use U-haul again. She was able to check me in, very friendly and understanding. The trailer we were given had bald tires. Called the SL office when we noticed and the associate said a manager would call back. No one called. Very frustrating U-haul does not maintain their equipment and they don’t care to. April needs a raise for her amazing customer service!
