The uhaul website is very misleading. I booked a rental for a specific location and time where the website said the truck size was available. I did not receive a call within an hour so I went to the location. They had no truck nor did they have a record of my reservation. I had to call customer service only to be told I now had to drive an additional 20 minutes out of my way to get a truck. The CSR was rude and told me I should have called to confirm my location. What's the point of booking a location if I have to call back to confirm it? If you allow customers to chose pickup locations, there should actually be trucks there. If there aren't any properly sized trucks, the website should tell us so we can chose where to go. I got my rental 45 minutes after the time I scheduled and your CSR said she would give me additional mileage, which was completely useless since my trip was well under the limit. She refused to honor your quarentee that the equipment will be there. Your guarantee is BS since you will always have some excuse not to honor it.

I rent all the time here for some reason the van was not clean on the outside only. Was told that Uhaul is cutting back on washing the vehicles????? Very surprised as I rent here often. in Pleasanton

Super Rental. Need to update your Dealer Locator for zip code 94588 to find this location. It works for zip 94566 but Pleasanton has two zip code. I live in 94588 about 3 miles away. Thank you!

Good overall, but the van was not clean

Thank you for adjusting my bill to reflect my original insurance choice.

uhaul seems to have computer system issues. I have rented from different locations this year and each time there seems to be some sort of computer glitch slowing down an otherwise excellent service!

There is a significant issue with your management at this store. I don't know if the problem is training or leadership, but I do know that the manager there has me seriously contemplating bring a law suit against U-haul to recover out of pocket expenses sustained by myself on site while loading one of your vans. My injury was bad enough to warrant going to the emergency room where I presented with and was treated for an approximately 1 1/2" Gash on my head. I got the gash from hitting my head on the u-haul van as I was attempting to load the last of my things I had in storage there. Semi-long story semi-short, the way the manager treated me, a person standing there with blood still spilling from the wound down my hand and arm as I attempted to do I don't know what, and onto my face and neck because I couldn't stop it. He seemed perturbed when I interrupted his conversation and replied to his "What do you want?" inquiry by telling him that I thought I needed first aid. His follow up question as to what it was I had done, seemed more of an attempt to discern whether my need was serious enough to warrant disturbing him or not. I sort of expected him to show some sign of concern and or even a modicum of compassion, but he just turned and headed back in the office without so much as a word to me. I stood there for a moment looking at the guy he was just talking to for a sign or signal or suggestion about whether I should follow him or wait. I followed him. Then he passed by counter and headed into that locations garage or something. Realizing he had passed the invisible line the deliniates between the customer area and the employees only area, I kind of just stopped and outwardly verbalized what I was thinking which was "Okay, I guess I'll just wait here then." Showing no real sense of urgency the entire time he was "helping" me, he was still easily in earshot to hear what I said. He responded by stopping, holding the door, and then instructing me to follow him through. His attitude seemed to convey that he was certain I was wasting his time and blowing this out of proportion. I followed him through the door and watched him attempt to recall where the first aid kit was. Locating it on a wall, he then began searching for something appropriate for my injury (I assume ). Not sure how long this would take or if he would be successful, I began scanning for a bathroom so I could get a towel of some sort and begin wiping the blood that my hair was soaked with around the perimeter of my wound, and a wide swath of blood that had smeared over my ear, neck, hand and arm. I asked him for direction, but he was overwhelmed, it seemed, with the challenge of finding a bandage in a first aid kit. He did finally direct me somewhere a few steps from where I was standing then and I made my way over to it. Shortly after locating it, he handed me a guaze and wrap. It was in a configuration I wasn't used to, but that was okay by him for he had somet

Scott, who helped me, was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The process of checking in and out the truck was very efficient.

This location serve my purpose very well. Prior to this reservation, I experienced the unexpexted very inconvenient service by the phone reservation specialist, confirming my request that the 20' Truck was available in the store I've requested for pickup. When I arrived at Manteca location, the local personnel told me that the 20' truck was not available, and where impact, No truck was available in the store for that day. With that experienced, I did not give up of my quest, just to complete my itinerary. I called the Dublin Uhaul store but again, I am re-routed to a phone agent and booked my request confirming the availability of the truck. When I arrived at the site after taking Lyft transport and travelling 48 miles, the person I spoke with in the store said that the store didn't have any available vehicles to rent for that day. Very unfortunate situation after so many years of using Uhaul services. RLV

We were sent to several different U-Haul and our confirmation was changed the night before making us drive 30 miles just to pick up the vehicle.

The car carrier I rented. The location of license plate holder is in a terrible location should be put onto a fender or off to the side. Having license plate in the middle causative catch on exhaust systems emergency brake cables

Trailer was old, beat up, very loud roll-up door. We were told that we would have a double door trailer and confirmed that morning but given the old beat up trailer without a reason. And the person on the phone was the same person we talked to that day who confirmed the double door.
