Have inter franchise agreement to move equipment where needed originally Livermore reserved van then forced me to go to Pleasanton. This was not my plan nor my reservation (which is a deal between us). Also have a place on the survey which allows me to option for a public comment or me to company. only or you will not get comments when all is not well.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Especially Scott, the owner was very kind. I didn't have bungee clips and he was kind enough to offer me some just for a quick pick-up from Costco. Thank you so much Scott and coming back to you for any of my needs in the future. A big thanks to you and your team.

Do not use U-Haul truck share. It’s better to just go inside to talk to a person about picking up your truck. With truck share it will takes 30 minutes for them to verify who you are. Waste of time.

I was told by the guy in Winston-Salem that they should have made me re-park the car on the dolly as the wheel was turned at a 45 degree angle.

Exceptional staff - woman who checked me in got through 3 people including me in less than 5 minutes! Was VERY friendly too. I was early before opening for return but a gentleman was proactive and approached me and said he could check me in when he saw me waiting outside. Very impressive! Liked the online tool that identified what my least expensive rate would be regarding miles/days. All in all a great experience!

Your 800 customer service number and chat response need a LOT of work. The location was excellent.

Overall I am dissatisfied with my experience, starting with making a reservation at another branch only to have them tell me they did not have what I reserved or any solution what so ever except to send me to another location only to stand in line for 30 minutes when I was one of 2 people in line due to not being staffed enough to run this location. It would appear staffing and your tech side need some improvements.

I have to say that Uhaul's Customer Service sucks!!! I called them to reserve my truck to be used on Saturday 08/28 for pick up at 8 a.m. The woman said I would get a confirmation e-mail. (It turns out she got my e-mail address wrong after repeating in 6 or 7 times!) By Thursday I still had not received my confirmation e-mail nor text. I called them back to double check and somehow they had me picking it up the truck on Sunday at 3 p.m. By then they didn't have any more trucks available in the city of San Leandro. So that is why I had to pick up all the way in Pleasanton...and not to mention the miles, my little rental cost me $223.00 because I had to pick up the truck far away from my location. What a rip off! And not to mention that I never got an apology either for their mistake. I am very disappointed and I will never, ever use Uhaul again.
