How U-Haul Reviews WorkDuring the time I was a customer, I experienced not one but two water leaks in the storage facility. The first one was unbelievable... and I couldn't believe how poorly the team handled it. U-Haul hung a massive, blue tarp above my unit. Rather than fix the leak, they let the tarp fill up with what had to be 100+ gallons of water, then the whole thing fell down on my unit and absolutely soaked all my possessions. The team at U-Haul never ever told me. I found out because I went to check on things on my own and found the tarp fallen and everything completely drenched. This was devastating. The team was very rude through the whole process, and I had to beg for help and ask to be relocated to a different part of the building that didn't have leaks. They moved me to another wing, claiming the new wing had no leaks... but a couple years later, what do you know, I experienced another leak. More of my belongings have now suffered water damage and mold. I tried to file a claim, but that lead no where. The team seemed to drag their feet and became unresponsive. I put a ton of work into documenting everything and uploading photos, but was ultimately told that my claim amount was too high and therefore I hit a dead end. Completely and utterly unacceptable. I have now moved out because I refuse to support a facility that treats their customers this way. You've lost my business for life, and now I'm left to recoup the cost of thousands of dollars in damages on my own. The team should be ashamed.

Rachael O | Overall ExperienceThere is this Man there, James I think was his name. He put on my Hitch, what was supposed to be a 2 hr job, took him only 1 hr and maybe 15 minutes. I’m so thankful for this guy seeing that I was in a bind and needed a trailer for an upcoming trip. He was fast, professional, and super friendly! THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT! My wiring was neat and he cut the trim of my bumper to place the new hitch, the cut was precise and semetrical. He filed it down too so it didn’t look hideous. If I could give this guy more stars than five I would. I was even amazed at the customer service representatives. They had this old guy who knew everything about car parts and hitches as well, and I got A LOT of information from him, very helpful. There was also this Latina Lady there, very energetic and friendly, helped me load my boxes in the car after my purchase. Whoever is the manager for that building runs a nice ship! The last person who helped me out on my second visit was this exotic looking Lady from Ethiopia or Zambia, she had A sea of curly hair in locs, she got me my storage there. She seemed to know everything bout the store, so maybe she was the manager. All in all…10/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
