Needed trailer in a hurry and Den Mar was fast and easy. Owner even gave a hand when my truck was a little too high for the jack. Two old guys lifting a heavy trailer tongue. Great experience.
Kenneth BI chose mobile drop off, it was smooth. But later received call from female employees stating that I didn’t drop key as she couldn’t find key. I patiently explained to her my drop key box location, she only said she would go look and hang up. No follow up. No apology to her fake blaming as I did nothing wrong, but bothered by her accusations.
tianran lFrom check in to return I was well received by a great lady who assisted me. My son a mechanic drove the 27 ft truck and said it ran terribly and needed some TLC on the engine. He said it was a bumpy ride also. But it served its purpose. Thank you
CODY KI just think that I'm the customer. You don't tell your customer to go ahead and take it out there and find a spot for it and drop it yourself. You charged me $466 for this trailer to come from Florida. And now I'm taking it off.
