I picked up truck at this place truck was nice. I jumped in didn’t notice there was crap in cup holder and small spill on floor. Honestly have seen a lot worse in rental trucks.When I was done I swept it out and sand on drivers floor no big deal. So truck was returned cleaner than received but was charged cleaning fee. I see Batavia position but I really didn’t have the time to do someone else’s job and spend 20 minutes checking every corner of truck.

very crowded parking lot to manuever equipment around... however, a very simple process to drop off a one way rental..
