Ordered it for 2 days. Received it at 3 p.m. Wednesday. I was asked to bring it in at 9 a.m. on Friday. Thought maybe I could do it. Friday I called to let them know that I needed it till 3. Brought it back around 2 p.m. Friday. Was charged for 3 days. Not sure why.

Quickly worked to change the reservations made previously so I could use this local to me location instead of having to drive an hour out of my way. The representative at the Plymouth location was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I found inconvenient was the dropoff discussion. The Indiana location told me I didn't have to pick a dropoff location at that time, and all I had to do was call the 1-800 number once I knew where I wanted to take the truck in Columbus. Later that day (in the middle of moving), I receive a call from a different person from U-haul saying that she wanted to confirm my dropoff location (a specific place in Columbus). Somehow they got the impression that I said I was dropping off the truck there. I told her no, and that I was told I didn't have to make that decision right away. Then to top it off, later that night I received a text saying that it had been confirmed that I was dropping off the truck at that specific Columbus location. All in all it turned out fine; it was just annoying and inconvenient that I was told one thing then someone else said something different. Someone communicated the wrong information somewhere.
