Renting on a weekend when no one is in the office is a complete joke. Answering and taking photos of all the rediculous questions were just total nonsense. And bringing back at night while it’s raining having to take photos of all sides of truck and insides were just not necessary. Will never rent again unless someone is at this location to do the leg work they are hired to do. I don’t work for u-haul. The time element to do all this was extreme. Only good thing was it was easy to extend the return time by an hour.
