We had the reservation at a different location, which the truck was not returned yet in time for our reservation. They called and send us to a different location to pick up a 20 ft the same price, which I appreciated. However, we brought it back early but after the thrift store hours. I tried to input the picture of the mileage online, which doesn’t give you an option to within the app or website and was charged an after hours fee on $20. The last location didn’t charge us that as they were a gas station and opened longer. It’s unfair to charge that fee when there is no way to put the picture online or clean instructions to do so.
