The conditions at the pickup location were unsanitary and unsettling, making me feel quite uncomfortable. I was taken aback by seeing a small child crying the entire time. The person attending to me seemed overwhelmed, trying to manage the child and take my information simultaneously, which made communication difficult. I had to take a video of what was happening because customers shouldn't have to deal with this.
THOMAS GInform customers that returns are easier entering from Kilmer Ln, rather than from 34th Av. There is no one to assist, so backing to driver’s side is important.
