Actually, call and contact the customer when their confirmed reservation details change, as that did not happen in my experience. Resulting in wasted time, confusion, and frustration. With zero reconciliation from uhual on the matter.
Nicholas V.Location was great, only issue I had was with the Uhaul app not finding location and charging me a second day , since the app couldn't verify.
joy L.A specific drop off area to park and lock the uhual. I wasn't sure where to leave it and I didn't lock it incase it had to be moved out of the way.
