It is not completely this location fault that I will never use Uhaul again. It is your app and your phone so called help line. I was on the phone for over 3 hours trying to get this rental.

David CVery poorly maintained location, like something out of The Walking Dead. Gas tank was almost completely empty. An old U-Haul receipt from a prior customer with their personal information and address was left in the front seat. A large piece of metal (like a two foot rod) was left in the passenger seat. I reserved 12 furniture pads/mats two weeks in advance and received NONE. I’ve used u-haul several times and my previous experiences were fine. This one was a joke.
