How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was a very convenient spot. I was able to walk back to our new home. The gentleman was friendly and made the check in really easy. And being a store, it made it easy for me to get a much-needed cold drink.
Robert SIt would be beneficial for the employees to be able to clearly communicate the reason for the different price that was listed on the computer the employee was using to check me out versus what was put on my app when I booked the van. There was a 100$ price discrepancy in what the employee was telling me I was going to have to pay and what the Uhaul app told me I had to pay. When I asked for clarification, the employee had no real explanation for it and just said "thats what the computer does". When my card was finally ran, I was only charged the original quoted amount from the app but had to go through the whole process of trying to understand why I was being charged extra just for it.
