The parking lot was clear. I did not entered into the office. The owner was helpful and came to the parking lot to review the unit.

Too much “hidden fees”… pay for the miles, found the gas thank half full…. You promote it for 29 dollars and I will be ok to pay a little more, till 50 or 60. But I’ve payed 110! Never I will rent U-Haul. Sorry but transparency is not your strongest point!
Mauro BI was over charged. It took me 30 min to get the keys to pick up the truck. It only had 1/4 tank of fuel? I added $15 in gas and only drove it less than 50 miles. I took photos before and after of the milage
