Too much “hidden fees”… pay for the miles, found the gas thank half full…. You promote it for 29 dollars and I will be ok to pay a little more, till 50 or 60. But I’ve payed 110! Never I will rent U-Haul. Sorry but transparency is not your strongest point!

I was over charged. It took me 30 min to get the keys to pick up the truck. It only had 1/4 tank of fuel? I added $15 in gas and only drove it less than 50 miles. I took photos before and after of the milage

Shawn DThe U-Haul was filthy at pickup and the cab smelt like a marijuana lab. Charged me for gas that I did not use. No one at the location during pickup. This location is not recommended to use as a pick up location.
