Equipment was muddy inside the cab and back. The check engine light was on. Customer service was very unpleasant. I used to rent from here every time for my business, but now I will rent somewhere else from a different rental company if I have to.

Truck was very loud from the inside while driving. So much play in the steering that it was stressful to drive. Doors did not close unless slammed. Location was not clean and smelled of heavy smoke. Friendly folks at the counter.
