Got what I needed in the timeframe I had to act
Jerry MThe customer service was terrible. The woman on my first rental was acting as if I was bothering her by renting from then, then her husband, the owner I guess, said I had an attitude and he wouldn't renting to me. He eventually backed down, but they both were a piece of work. You should not have to feel like your doing them a favor by renting a truck from them. The trucks were fine, they just need to treat customers with respect.
