Luckily the staff here informed me that the drop off location I chose online did not provide full service and that I was responsible for unhooking the car hauler I rented along with the truck. This was not disclosed to me that I am aware of. She was able to change my drop off location, however it was 10 miles away from the one I selected. Be aware if you are renting a car hauler trailer. The team at Sapphire was great.
