I do not recommend phone pickup!! I felt like I should get a discount for working for Uhaul. It took so much more time picking up the truck with my phone. Previously I have rented from this location and had a great experience. Due to having to take pictures and the basic self service part of phone pickup it was really aggravating. Overall I’m not pleased with the rental process and will never self pick up again. It’s not the facilities fault. It’s just poor customer service on Uhaul part. They charge the same rate for basically no customer service.
