I was more than pleased. I will never ever go to Home Depot to rent a truck ever again! The location was right by my house, I was able to make the reservation online But I did notice they helped another lady get set up who didn't have the reservation. My dad and I had just tried to rent a truck at Home Depot, but apparently they're fancy TSA run system was too complicated for us to figure out even though I'm like 32 years old and work with technology. Regardless, this U-Haul place is wonderful. The truck was nice and easy to get in and out of the lot. And I just appreciated the service.
Chelsea BI would recommend the HWY 80 store not the Jimmy Deloach store. I had a sevlrvice agreement and the keys in hand and they still rented my box truck to someone else; that is why we had to go to HWY 80 after 2 hrs of waiting. Unsatisfied

JUSTIN WI was helping a friend move. They had a reservation at another U-Haul location several days prior to need. They were contacted the evening before advising thee truck they RESERVED would not be available…. Then what good is a reservation. I contacted Sapphire as I had used them before and they came through for me. Thank you
