My reservation location was changed the day before, which added 20 miles one way to pick up the uhaul. Then the reservation time was 8 am but the location they changed it to wasn't open until 9:30 am and keys were not placed in the outside lock box for mobile pickup. Uhaul app and overall system was not running very well that day which added to the frustration.

I called on Sunday at 2:58pm to rental a uhaul and was told the store policy was the could not rent a Uhaul within 2hours of the store closing. Had to go to a different town to rent one and cost me more money. Only to find out there is no such policy. The manager is looking into the team member that gave the wrong information. But, again cost me $188 for a 24 hr rental with less than 30 miles. I furious. This should not be done to people.

Michael GWORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! GOT THE WRONG SIZE TRUCK, WAS TOLD THAT WAS “ALL THEY HAD”. I HAD TO LEAVE HALF OF MY HOUSE!! NOW, A COMPANY WANTS $1500 TO CLEAN OUT MY ITEMS I WANTED!! SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE NEEDS TO CALL ME!!
