I dropped off on off hours so no one was around. The place was conveniently located and h ad ample room to maneuver and park the trailer.

Michael RJeana at Right Move and Storage in Port Arthur TX is a prime example of EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service!! I called Right Move and Storage looking for a location to drop off our trailer. (Context: I must have misunderstood the information I had received initially from the Denton U-Haul location regarding drop-off in Beaumont. I was under the impression I was to call around for a drop-off location in Beaumont once there.) When I spoke to Jeana at Right Move and Storage, she looked up my reservation and found that a drop-off location had been added to my reservation by the Denton U-Haul location potentially by mistake after I left with the trailer in Denton. That drop-off location was on the other side of Beaumont, not at all convenient to our move-in address (Beaumont address, but literally on the Port Arthur city line). Jeana went the extra mile to call U-Haul for me and change the drop off location on my reservation to her location. Then she called me back to confirm it had been updated. Upon arrival to drop off the trailer, Jeana was already out on the lot ready for us. She finalized my receipt for me on the spot, confirming the charges I was expecting, and added my email address to the reservation so that I would get the receipt in soft copy. After we left Jeana's lot, she called again just to confirm I had received the email/receipt. From start to finish, she took care of EVERYTHING for me... made the process very easy, followed up / closed the loop to ensure everything was taken care off. I so appreciate all that she did to help us last minute! That level of exceptional customer service is non-exist these days... so many companies need to come learn a few things from Jeana at Right Move and Storage in Port Arthur TX!!!
