Did not have vehicle requested I had to take a larger vehicle it had a minimum amount of gas I booked a month in advance vehicle was dirty and reeked of urine very poor service all I can say is go penske I believe I paid for the larger size the words rip off come to mind 195.00 plus deposit got deposit back

Cargo area was clean. Cab was dirty with garbage left in it. Passenger side windshield wiper was bent and did not clean windshield.
