It was a little confusing at first because you don't really have interaction with a person. We did not know where to park the truck and where to leave the keys. We did go into the gas station to ask for assistance. The instructions given on the website were not as clear with this process.

DOUG CReserved a 20’ truck, confirmed, even verified the next day….. and when I arrived only a 10’ available and the representative I spoke with was rude. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, after being transferred multiple times, decided to cancel and requested a release of the “hold”. Very disappointing, I’m a Vet, I have used U-Haul many many times, this was a huge waste of our time and money.
