I was treated well by the staff and the van worked well. However the vehicle did not have snow tires which made the driving treacherous. Furthermore, I was charged $9.67 extra to fill the tank to 3/4 full, when the tank was only just over 1/2 full when I picked it up. I put $19.50 worth of gas in the vehicle before I returned it which paid for more than the approximately 50 kms I drove the vehicle. Finally, I was charged for 50 miles when, having checked with google, the total round trip mileage was around 50 kms. I will never use that U-Haul site again and I will look for other places to rent a vehicle before I go back to U-Haul. This is a shame because my past experiences with U-Haul in Aurora and Newmarket were excellent.

CARRIE BThis place had no real place to park the truck and it was closed before they stated hours said that they would be closed which means they close early they were also in the middle of freaking nowhere which is not helpful to me because I was already had already moved in so I can't believe you don't have a place in Bowmanville or Oshawa that I could drop off the truck that seems inconceivable to me so get it together buddy and get a place where you can drop trucks off that's close to the 401 in Bowmanville so your customers aren't pissed off thanks
