I don’t see anywhere for improvement. John and William were so helpful and went above and beyond with tips about my storage unit and safety with the rental truck. The discount was an extra bonus!! Friendly is not the correct word. They treated me like I was one of their own. Definitely recommend.

The representative was very helpful. We missed the turn to come in and he walked to the gas station on the corner and navigated us back to the facility. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

TRENT WI arrived mid-afternoon, but on Wednesdays, they close at noon. Very confusing to drop a trailer due to proximity to the road. There is a back entrance, and I received a text vaguely explaining that, but it was a 20-25 minutes fiasco figuring out where to drop the trailer. A gentlemen came by just after dropping the trailer and was very nice and said he'd take care of any paperwork (which he did). Just a confusing location to drop off - even during hours they are open.
