The rental process was smooth however when we returned the truck an hour before it was due I later received an email stating the truck was overdue.

The man behind the counter was alone eating his lunch. I said hi, he granted. I said I’m here to check in the truck. He said something with his mouthful I couldn’t understand it said excuse me he seemed to get assaulted, raised his voice a little higher and said as long as the gas tank is full, you’re fine.. extremely unfriendly. The U-Haul experience this time was very disappointing. I’ve always used U-Haul for the past 30 years and have NEVER been disappointed.
