The U-Haul truck is in moderate condition and requires maintenance. It does not drive well.
SANDRA PA Plus storage seems to be a leased parking lot for U-Haul. they know nothing about what's going on with the equipment they say. i reserved a hand truck, they didn't have it. they have the pads and that's all. i hired 3 guys to get the truck and bring to my place to move my stuff. the first thing one of them tells me is that they had no equipment. i called A Plus to complain. the guy tells me they don't own the franchise and don't work for U-Haul. so evidently U-Haul sends the res. to them and they take you money for U-haul. they don't clean the trucks either i guess, because it was filthy. the guy says they don't keep an inventory of equipment. so, i guess U-haul doesn't have their own people to maintain the trucks or equipment and A Plus are just there to take the money. no company representation from U-haul at all. i will not reserve anything from them again. they ask what they can do to improve for the next customer? my suggestion would be to tell would be customers to go somewhere else. there can be no improvement if there's no one there.
gary border no 99121564 we ordered a 15 ft truck at one location which we prepaid, and received an email confirmation. On pick up day we were sent to another location and were told they did not have a 15 ft truck only a 20 ft truck and were told we had to pay more money for the bigger truck. It was not our fault we didn't get what we ordered and paid for., This is poor customer service
