There was equipment missing in the truck I rented but had no way of telling you. During the checkin process there was nowhere to say the furniture dolly was missing. When I told the clerk at Mobil he said he knew it was not in the truck but could not help me.

St CI was charged for two different utility dollies and only one was there which is an appliance dolly. The furniture dolly wasn’t there and they wanted me to drive to a location on Bayshore to get the other dolly which I had no time to do so I had to pay for two pieces of equipment. The only one was there. I have yet to receive a final bill after returning the truck. I spoke to a person at the mobile station and he said that he doesn’t handle that that that comes from corporate he works for mobile.
Edward CIt is a gas station and the attendent was not so good, although he did manage to get rental transaction done. The only reason we went there was because it was the nearest U Haul location that had the size truck we needed. Choose a different location unless, like us, you pretty much have few other choices.
