I rented my truck for not even six hours. I kept getting hit on my credit card charge after charge after charge. The lady is very unprofessional that I dealt with U-Haul is a very money hungry company. You will never see a penny for me ever again. I am very very dissatisfied with this location in this company.
Tony JThe process of checking in through U-Haul is very easy. This dealer made it very hard. The truck wasn’t where it was supposed to be and the code didn’t work for the lock. I was directed across the street into some truck lot to pick up the truck where I was to leave my vehicle. The truck I picked up was dirty disgusting and the back was full of garbage. The truck also ran terribly do not recommend.
Jesse WThese people did not put the truck into their system on the day. I returned it. I was charged two extra days of rental when they had the truck all the time. These people should be fired. They’re unprofessional and charged me two additional days when I returned the truck one day earlier than my rental contract. I rented the truck for five days. Returned it in four days. If anything you should be giving me a refund for the fifth day. These people were terrible they give your company a bad name.
