The owner avoided helping us, left after telling us to do everything online. There is no internet coverage in Port Sanilac so it was impossible. After 1.5 hours, the rude owner showed back up and angrily helped us. There was no dolly as we had ordered. He told us there was no blankets and then found them. He had to be told it was his responsibility to help us as a representative of U haul.
