Would like to see on a return early like two days which I did some kind of refund for being an early return only used at half the time that I thought I would need but got no refund on anything being earlythank you

ronald tI dropped off the truck 2 days before, talked to an employee that said it was all ok and I could leave, 2 days later I receive an email saying that I should drop off the truck at a different location (?). I call support and they transfer me and say that I had not picked the Portage location??? Thank God I had printed my contract when I got the truck, they changed, but still made me go back to the store to talk to the same person that had told me it was "all good" so we could actually check out the truck this time... and guess what? U-haul charged me for an extra day for "delivering it late". Scammers!
