Great job

The rental location should just be the actual parking lot. When returning the vehicle, it asks me if I am at Express Mart. I put "no" because I was actually at the parking lot a few blocks away, where the truck is actually stored. This is confusing.

I was so overcharged, the person threw the keys at me. Cursed and we extremely intocicated. I really would like my money back I was charged 70 dollars for a 6 mile trip. I was told I had till 1 for drop off and the guy got super mad I got there at 12 and hour before the time allotted

The truck is not located anywhere near the Express Market so it’s extremely inconvenient to have to walk 6 blocks to get the truck. It’s at 12th and Yamhill. And there was a note on it about a car that the truck hit. I told U-Haul and they didn’t respond to it.

Try to train the agents to do it fast , I have been waiting in the location for 1 hour total ( before picking up and after ) because they don’t know how to deal with the rental procssing .

You guys are crazy with your prices. You guys charge way to much just to move some stuff. Will never use you guys again. The people who helped me we're incompetent and charged me more milage because they didn't rent it as a one-way. NEVER AGAIN.

Customer service was good, but all the extra fees were not as advertised. The system was overly complicated and I had to be on customer service for ten minutes even with a reservation. The location didn't have any signage saying uhual located here.

Very difficult to locate, uhaul sign 4 x 18 inches in a window of a convenience store. Then had to walk 6 blocks to lot where truck was . Then had to get it out of an extremely tight parking spot.

Having the physical truck in a completely different part of town from the Express Market was a big hassle and very confusing. If I'm going through the trouble to download the app and go through mobile check-in the darn key should have been in the cargo lock box, and not force me to GO BACK to the Market for the key. similar confusion upon truck return. The lot I picked it up from was full. VERY POOR customer service model on UHaul's part. Folks at Express Mart courteous and tried to help me as best they could.

When we arrived the truck was parked a walk of like 3/4 of a mile away and we had to walk all the way there. Also, the person we picked the car up from said they'd double booked the truck and that we needed to bring it back earlier than our reservation ended—like halfway through :(

Nothing. Don't need to.

There was a mix up when I went to pick up the truck as it hadn't been checked in, but they sorted it out quickly. It was convenient.

Very convenient.

The most stressful, unprofessional, and inconvenient experience. Pro: Charlie- employee at the market trying to help through the non-working uhaul interface computer system. Cons: Location-very inconvenient, difficult to get out and back into garage Customer service- was overcharged and it took 2 weeks, and multiple phone calls before an adjustment was administered. Condition-Van itself was dirty where the furniture was placed. Needed to be vacuumed inside.

Easy process, great location

This place is an absolute joke. Took us about 30 minutes just to get the keys, and I already registered online. Guy had to call his manager, who wanted me to read off my credit card number to him over the phone in the middle of the knock-off 7/11 this place is. To his merit, the guy we worked with, Charlie, really was a nice guy and did everything he could. But U-Haul, get this place off your list. It's an embarrassment.

I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle at 4:30 - I didn't get the vehicle until 5:45. Other locations didn't have one for me.

Dirty vehicle, took an hour and a half to access even though I checked in online previously

Based on the comments I thought renting here would be a pain due to the store employees not knowing what to do, but on the contrary -- Not only did the dude know exactly what to do, he had plenty of tips and was very clear on the details. Enthusiastic, even. It is true though, that the roof hits the garage ceiling on the way out. It's a little disconcerting, and I don't see any way around it! All I can suggest is that you take it slow and laugh about it, as I did, albeit uneasily. It'll be a shame when this van that's already messed up on top becomes a one-way rental to somewhere else and this location ends up with a new van, cause that one's gonna get banged up too.

UHaul rental system was a mess and van was parked in a garage that had too low of a clearance. The van was fine, but had multiple dents and scratches on the roof from previous users encountering the low roof of the garage The staff at this location was helpful and friendly, which is the only positive from this experience.

The UPS computer system did not work for the employee at Express Mart, he called tech help, they were unhelpful, and it took nearly 40 minutes to process my payment, which cut into my rental time. Also, retrieving the van is very complicated as the van is parked on the top of a parking garage several blocks away and it's all just a huge hassle.

Location is hard to find. There's a faint blurred small U-Haul sticker by the entrance which is hard to find if you're driving by. There's no parking in or around that location as well. The attendant didn't know how to check me out and had me waiting there for up to a half hour while he checked out up to 10 customers/patrons. I would rethink using this location as a U-Haul pick up. Super inconvenient.
