The ladies that work to check you in and answer questions on the phone were excellent. Friendly, professional and helpful. The location is safe with a buzzer to get in the door, clean and neat inside.

I had to significantly shorten my rental time due to office closure. The website should not advertise differently. They were quite rude and said “even if you rented a whole truck we wouldn’t have it and you’d just get this anyway”.
