Jeff FThe only confusing part was the gasoline - we were given the truck with a 1/12 tank of gas and told we needed to bring it back with somewhere between 1/4-1/2 tank and would be refunded any extra gas we didn't use. It looks like we were only refunded the difference between 1/12 and 1/4 tank. It's not a huge deal, but given gas prices that was an extra $15-20 or so of gas. I would just clarify with this location the gas policies given it was a bit unclear. Otherwise everything was great!
Katherine WNo issues with the location, just with UHaul policy. Having a late fee instead of having to rent for an extra day if I return the vehicle 10 minutes late would have been a lot better. I plan to look into other options next time I move and would suggest my friends do the same.
