Everything went well. The one thing I would mention is that I received a text message after I'd left the parking lot to take and upload pictures of the van. This hadn't been stated at checkout, otherwise I would have done so before driving off.

charles dWhen I rented the vehicle, the gas had been siphoned out of the tank and the gas cap have been removed and they told me to use it anyway and I added gas but then I was charged for more gas because the gas had evaporated. I was told I would be reimbursed for the $20 in petrol that I had purchased, but I was charged so I have to work that out.
