The guy at the desk was very nice. But the app needs an overhaul. The U-haul app glitches out way too often. It would make me sign in twice on occasion and also it wouldn’t upload my pictures during the pick-up. You should be able to upload your own pictures. Also you should be able to use 0.5x zoom.

Jay FEverything went well. The one thing I would mention is that I received a text message after I'd left the parking lot to take and upload pictures of the van. This hadn't been stated at checkout, otherwise I would have done so before driving off.
