KARI FThe gas refill was unfair. Basing it on the speedometer resulted in us paying $17 for 9.4 miles, despite the van's supposed mileage being 12 miles per gallon (that would have costed us $5 absolute max). This felt really frustrating, and it definitely undermined the integrity of the business from our perspective. If the van has unreliable mileage, that's not the customer's responsibility to cover. Thank you.
