Overall the experience was good. They didn't have the exact number of items I requested, but they did communicate that to me the day before. The process to claim the truck was good too, but the back of the truck was open when we claimed it, and there was barely any gas. Luckily, we were moving items very close. The process was fine, the truck was good, and it was a convenient location when you need a truck.
