This was the first time I’ve used Truck Share 24/7. It was so easy to use, and I’m very grateful for the service. Thank you.

Clean, but less than inviting only due to location. Friendly and prompt service. Would definitely recommend overall.

I was trying to use the self-pickup option and my truck was not where it was supposed to be so I had to go into the location. The person working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The self-dropoff also failed to work...It would not take my credit card...

Keep up the good work

I parked the truck, walked into the office (where I was greeted with a friendly "hello") dropped off my keys and I was on my way. It was quick and painless.

The folks at the location were great. The phone-based checkout system is awful. It took me nearly twenty minutes to get through the first steps, I had to take three photos of my license, and I walked to the vehicle behind the store three separate times. It could have taken five minutes if an employee had just walked out with me. It’s so bad!

This location was great. The computer system seemed to be having some issues, so it took a while, but the employees were very helpful. In contrast, I had tried to rent something at the location on MLK in the 76 station a week before, and it took the guy so long (over an hour) trying to figure out how to rent it using the computer that eventually the location closed and I didnt even get to rent it. The guys on Columbia were much much better, even with the still questionable computer system.

Better Handel to lift and close roll up door on enclosed trailers

The gentleman who checked me out and in was very easy to work with ... Kenneth Gardner.

AJ, Amanda and (was it Rob or Roy? Sorry, guy!), were all amazing. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and patient with me while I frantically dealt with moving by myself. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The check that we picked up and Eugene was extremely dirty. We had to clean the back three times and eventually laid down a plastic tarp in order to move. We were then charged a $25 cleaning fee. We are very disappointed with our experience and in the future will not use Uhaul

The guy doing returns was super helpful.

My favorite location in all of the greater Portland area. Well informed and extremely helpful staff! It is in a very convenient close-in location but just far enough away that they have all the space they need. It just so happens it is about 500 feet from my work location, which is a surprise bonus.

Returned during regular business hours (11:08am). Was not greeted for at least 5 minutes, strange as this is a large location. First employee that saw us ignored us completely. Second asked us if we had been helped then left. Third one said hi then left to go get some things she needed to check us in. Lady was quick about checking us in once she was ready. Quick apparently doesn't mean accurate. I got a text the next day saying my equipment was overdue. I called the location and told them what happened. They told me that it did show that my equipment was not returned and then asked me if I remembered who checked me in - I could not, not my responsibility. They then quickly cold transferred me to customer service. The lady there had me repeat everything at least twice. She then called the location and had them verify that the equipment was actually there - If the drop off location actually cared and was capable of simple problem solving, they would have done this instead of transferring me. This is my second bad, but not worst experience with Uhaul and it makes it hard to want to continue to use your services. I wish there was more to the U-Haul experience than just simply convenience.

Tire on trailer kept going flat, told to just keep putting air in

Both the women and man working were so kind.

Charging me a $25 “after hours fee” for returning the truck early is ridiculous. Most agencies would be grateful for getting their equipment back early. I also put in 10 gallons of gas last night to cover a minimal number of miles (34), and still got charged for another 3.7 gallons. I am used to being dinged a little, but you need to know that these guys are ripping people off.
