Thank you for such excellent and attentive care. The service reps who assisted me were professional and friendly, but I would especially like to commend Eric. Create a better way to explain the charges that will be added to the bill and have mutual understanding of the gas gauge level when leaving the lot and offer to find better price deals that would help with saving the customer a few bucks.

people working at the location seemed to not care about anything. I was givien a van with almost 1/2 a tank less than what the agreement said. They said it would be fixed but it wasn't when it was returned and lucky I over filled it. When pulling in to return a worker with her small dog where in the return tent and dog almost ran under the truck. Did not seem like a professional place.

Fuel level was marked 5/8' on my contract but when I went out to truck to look over things, the gas needle was actually touching the 1/2 tank mark. I came back and told rental agent and he said I had to go to website to note discrepancy, which I did. While on that site I was instructed to take a photo of gauge, which I did. You have that picture. When I turned in this 15 foot truck, the gas needle had actual space s (vs. touching) between the gas needle and the 1/2 tank mark. Agent said he couldn't process my contract completion because your entire UHaul system was down across the country. I'd made a point to fill tank to slightly more than what it had been when I picked it up. (I have picture of the gauge) I was told I'd get email of final contract when system was back up. When I got that closing statement- I had been charged for gas. This is a rip off! That charge must be reversed. Do you do this to everyone? I tried to call to get this corrected but the wait time was “more than twenty minutes”, (which I didn't have) Please look at photo I sent originally. Not sure if I can send photo of end of rental tank level, I using this survey. I'll try, but if ir can't be done, let m know how to send it to you. I won't drop this until the unfair gas charge and tax are credited back to me.

They need to be more accommodating to customers. They would not come out to do over the preinspection even though I had asked. The truck had many little dings that was not sure if I need to record and it was covered in grass. I did not want to be responsible for these things and just wanted them to look at it, with social distance of course.

I can't recall the name of the guy that helped me, but when I came to get the trailer, I had a wiring issue on my truck. He went out of his way to help me figure out the issue and fix the wiring. Very pleased at the service I got!

Contactless check in needs some process improvements. Not at all intuitive or smooth. Staff there were helpful in sorting it out but the whole thing took much longer to do than it should have, and should not have required outside help.
