Being forced to use the U Haul app instead of talking to a human being was a bit frustrating. I could not get my camera to work to upload my drivers lisence or to photograph the condition of the truck before I rented it. In hindsight, I must have not given the U Haul app permission to access my camera, but it did not ask for it again, it simply didn't work. Which was frustrating. The human folks at the rental place were great, though.

Good customer service. Easy transaction
